The Scottish Ministers make the following Scheme in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 42(1), (1A), (2) and (3) and 46(4) of the Crofters (Scotland) Act 19931 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 42(1) of that Act, they have consulted the Crofters Commission.
