The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 1932
1, as applied in relation to Muntjac by the Muntjac Keeping (Scotland) Order 2011
2, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
