In article 4—
(a)
in paragraph (1), after “Article 2(1) of Regulation 1077/2008” insert “(in which references to “EUR 400,000” are to be read as “EUR 200,000” for the purposes of Articles 63 and 67 of the Control Regulation)”; and
(b)
in paragraph (3), for “€400,000” substitute “€200,000”.
