PART 3Exempt activities and conditions

Activities carried on in the Scottish inshore region25.

This article applies—

(a)

to an activity carried on in the Scottish inshore region; or

(b)

to the loading of a vehicle, vessel, aircraft, marine structure or floating container with any substance or object for incineration in the Scottish inshore region.
