Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17E, 17K, 17N, 17P, 25(2), 27, 28(1), 69, 75(a), 75A, 105(7) and 108(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
