The Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 20051 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st May 2012.
Amendment of the Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Regulations 20072.
At the end of regulation 4(k) (specified documents) of the Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Regulations 20072 insert—
“;
(l)
the home web page on a website operated by or on behalf of the charity”.

These Regulations amend the Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Regulations 2007. Those Regulations specify documents which, if issued by or on behalf of a charity, must include certain information. These Regulations add to the list of specified documents the home page on a website operated by or on behalf of a charity.
