The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 127 of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004

Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Retention and Disposal of Motor Vehicles) (Scotland) Amendment Revocation Regulations 2011 and come into force on 21st December 2011.
