Revocations and saving provision6.

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), the Scottish Local Government Elections Order 200718, the Scottish Local Government Elections Amendment Order 200719 and the Scottish Local Government Elections Amendment Order 200920 are revoked.

(2)

The instruments referred to in paragraph (1) shall continue to have effect on and after 10th November 2011 as they had effect immediately before that date, for the purposes of any election to be held on or before 2nd May 2012.
