The rule applying to the recording of evidence in an ordinary action in the court concerned applies to the contempt hearing.

Subject to paragraph (3), the rules applying to the recording and transcription of evidence in a proof in an ordinary action in the court concerned apply to the contempt hearing.

The cost of any transcript directed by the other court to be made is subject to such order as to the cost of the transcript as the court thinks fit.
