Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19921 and of all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 9 they have consulted the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council and that Council has consulted its Scottish Committee.
