The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 60 of, and paragraphs 1(1) and 2(2), (2A) and (3) of Schedule 1 to, the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 19791 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
