Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114 and 146(1) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 19961 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 114(2) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 they have consulted such persons as they think fit.
In accordance with section 114(5)2 of that Act, a draft of the instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
