2.—(1) The Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 9, Transitional and Savings Provisions) Order 2011(1) is amended as follows.
(2) Article 4 (transitional provision – section 184) is revoked.
(3) The entry in the Schedule relating to section 184 of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 is revoked.
