The NHS Quality Improvement Scotland (Dissolution) Order 2011

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1)(b) and 105(6) and (7) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the NHS Quality Improvement Scotland (Dissolution) Order 2011 and comes into force on 1st April 2011.

Dissolution of NHS Quality Improvement Scotland and consequent revocations2.

(1)

NHS Quality Improvement Scotland2 is dissolved.

(2)

The enactments in the Schedule to this Order are revoked.

This Order dissolves the Special Health Board known as NHS Quality Improvement Scotland and revokes the enactments relating to its constitution.
