Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2011.

With the exception of those articles mentioned in paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on 21st November 2011.

Articles 2(2)(b), (4), (5), (7) to (9) and (11) and 3 come into force on 6th February 2012.

In this Order “the 1992 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 19922.
