EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Act of Adjournal amends Form 48.2 contained in the appendix of the Criminal Procedure Rules 1996; in consequence of the commencement of section 100 of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010, which amended the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
