These Rules replace the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Rules 2006 as amended. While some of the changes from the 2006 Rules have been to modernise the language of the Rules there are many changes to the substance of the Rules as well. intentionally or recklessly sets fire to any part of a prison or any other property, whether or not that property belongs to him or her;
