A prisoner is entitled to be paid earnings at such rates and in accordance with such conditions as may be specified in a direction by the Scottish Ministers, where the prisoner undertakes—
(a)
work in terms of rules 82 or 85; or
(b)
an educational class or counselling arranged in terms of rule 84.
