Elimination of discrimination6.
Subject to the provisions of these Rules or of any direction made for any purpose specified in these Rules, the Governor must seek to eliminate within the prison discrimination against prisoners on the grounds of—
(a)
age;
(b)
disability;
(c)
gender reassignment;
(d)
marriage and civil partnership;
(e)
pregnancy and maternity;
(f)
race;
(g)
religion or belief;
(h)
sex;
(i)
sexual orientation; or
(j)
other status.
