Inspection of prison records152.
(1)
The visiting committee for a prison, or any member of the visiting committee, may inspect prison records other than—
(a)
personnel records;
(b)
prisoners’ records; and
(c)
security manuals or other papers which have implications for security.
(2)
The visiting committee must record particulars of any inspection of prison records in its minute book.
