Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 12 and 15 of, and Schedules 1 and 7 to, the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Order 1995 M1 are revoked.

Notwithstanding the revocations in paragraph (1), articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 12 and 15 and Schedules 1 and 7 of that Order continue to have effect in relation to records kept, notifications made, licences granted, notices served and any proceedings under article 16 of that Order, relating to obligations imposed by the revoked provisions, commenced before the coming into force of this Order.
