Status of works8.
(1)
The works shall be deemed for all purposes to be part of the harbour.
(2)
When complete, Work No. 1 shall be deemed to be—
(a)
operational land within the meaning and for the purposes of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 199717; and
(b)
to the extent that it lies outwith the area of the Highland Council, be deemed to be part of that area.
