Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Caledonian Maritime Assets (Port Ellen) Harbour Revision Order 2011 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2)
The Act which received Royal Assent on 26th June 1846 and having the title “An Act for improving and maintaining the harbour of Port Ellen in the County of Argyll13”, the Scottish Transport Group (Port Ellen Harbour) Order Confirmation Act 197514 and this Order may be cited together as the Port Ellen Harbour Acts and Order 1846 to 2011.
