29th June 2011 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Local Electoral Administration (Scotland) Act 2011—

(a)

Part 1 (Electoral Management Board for Scotland); and

(b)

Part 2 (Electoral Commission: Local Government Elections).
