Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Knife Dealer’s Licence (Historical Re-enactment Events) (Scotland) Order 2011 and comes into force on 19th August 2011.

In this Order “the Act” means the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982.
