Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Public Services Reform (Agricultural Holdings) (Scotland) Order 2011 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In this Order—
“the 1991 Act” means the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 19912; and
“the 2003 Act” means the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 20033.
