6.—(1) In regulation 2(1) of the Waste Incineration (Scotland) Regulations 2003(1), in paragraph (d)(i) of the definition of “relevant approval” for “regulation 18 of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994” substitute “regulation 19 of the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011”.
(2) In regulation 4(b)(iii) of those Regulations, in paragraph (d)(i) of the definition of “relevant authorisation”, for “regulation 18 of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994” substitute “regulation 19 of the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011”.
