Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 19974
In The Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 19976 section 277(1) (interpretation), after the definition of “Valuation Office” omit “and” and insert—
“waste” includes anything which is waste for the purposes of section 75(2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43); and
