Recognised teaching qualifications17.
The registration criteria set out in the GTCS rules must provide that an individual may be registered only if—
(a)
the individual has obtained a recognised teaching qualification; or
(b)
the GTCS is otherwise satisfied that the individual’s education, training or experience warrants the individual’s registration.
