Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 7)

12.  In the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003(1)—

(a) in section 14(6)(a)(ii) (victim statements), for “section 2(28) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 20 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”; and

(b) in section 16(8)(2) (victim’s right to receive information), for “section 2(28) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 20 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
