Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 1965 (c.49) S

1.  In section 50 of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 1965(1) (events occurring in institutions), for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
