In regulation 33(1) of the Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Regulations 199410—

a

for “install” substitute “deposit or remove”; and

b

for the words from “consent” to the end, substitute “marine licence under Part 4 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010”.
