Consequential amendment of secondary legislation

10.  In regulation 2 (advice and assistance) of the Antisocial Behaviour Notice (Advice and Assistance) (Scotland) Regulations 2005(1)—

(a) in paragraph (1), after “68(1)” insert “or (1A)”;

(b) in paragraph (2)(b), after “68(1)” insert “or (1A)”.
