Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 204 of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 20111, section 3(2)(a) of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 20032 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 204(3) of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 and section 18(4) of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
