2. Section 153(a) (tenant protection: repossession orders) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 comes into force on 20th March 2011, but only for the purpose of enabling consultation by the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 16(5B) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001(1).
