“the Act” means the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997;

“fish farming” has the meaning given in section 26(6) of the Act; and

“marine waters” means the waters described in paragraphs (b) and (c) of subsection (6) of section 26 of the Act; and

“shellfish” includes any kind of sea urchin, crustacean or mollusc.
