The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3)(d), 4(5), 5(4), 6(1), 7 and 62(2) of the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 20021 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
