The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(1) of the Waverley Railway (Scotland) Act 20061 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

This Order is made on the application of Scottish Borders Council which is the authorised undertaker for the purposes of section 28(1).
