The Licensing (Local Licensing Forum) (Scotland) Order 2011

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 2(2) of schedule 2 to the Licensing (Scotland) Act 20051 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Local Licensing Forum) (Scotland) Order 2011 and comes into force on 1st September 2011.
Amendment of maximum number of members of a local licensing forum2.
In paragraph 2(1) of schedule 2 to the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, for “20” substitute “21”.
