Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Edinburgh Tram (Line One) Act 20061 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
This Order is made on the application of the City of Edinburgh Council which is the authorised undertaker for the purposes of section 41.
