Subject to the provisions of the 2004 Act, the 2010 Act and these Rules, a Tribunal may regulate its own procedure.

A Tribunal may, if it thinks fit, make a decision in terms agreed in writing by the parties.

A function of the Secretary may be performed by another member of the Tribunal staff duly authorised by the President.
