Citation and commencement 1 This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Limit of Annual Value) (Scotland) Order 2010 and comes into force on 1stApril 2010. Limit of Annual Value 2 The amount prescribed for the purposes of section 100(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 is £30,000.
