The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 100(3)(a) and 275(8) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997

and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Limit of Annual Value) (Scotland) Order 2010 and comes into force on 1st April 2010.

Limit of Annual Value2.

The amount prescribed for the purposes of section 100(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 is £30,000.

Revocation3.

The Town and Country Planning (Limit of Annual Value) (Scotland) Order 2005
