The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992

5.  In article 2(1) (interpretation) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992(1), for the definition of “national scenic area” substitute—

““national scenic area” means an area designated by a direction made by the Scottish Ministers under section 263A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act    1997;”.
