Section 10 (organisational referrals etc.) of the 2007 Act is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)—
a
the words from “where” to the end of the subsection become paragraph (a) (with existing paragraphs (a) and (b) being re-numbered as sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii)); and
b
at the end of the subsection insert—
, or
b
where information relating to an individual has been given to Ministers by the Independent Safeguarding Authority

In subsection (4) after “work” insert “(if any)”.
