Amendment to the Teaching Council (Scotland) Act 196520
In section 6 of the Teaching Council (Scotland) Act 19655 (establishment of register)—
a
in subsection (2C), for the words from “included” to “(asp 5)” substitute “barred from regulated work with children within the meaning of section 92(1) of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 14)”; and
b
in subsection (2D), for the words from “included” to “list” substitute “barred from regulated work with children within the meaning of section 92(1) of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007”.
