The Budget (Scotland) Act 2010 Amendment (No. 2) Order 2010 No. 445

Amendment of section 3 of the 2010 Act

2.—(1) Section 3 of the 2010 Act (overall cash authorisations) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (5).

(2) In paragraph (a) (in relation to the Scottish Administration)(1), for “£31,022,875,000” substitute “£31,800,947,000”.

(3) In paragraph (b) (in relation to the Forestry Commissioners), for “£79,900,000” substitute “£79,946,000”.

(4) In paragraph (d) (in relation to the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body), for “£78,554,000” substitute “£78,721,000”.

(5) In paragraph (e) (in relation to Audit Scotland), for “£6,673,000” substitute “£6,919,000”.
