This Order may be cited as the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2010.
Commencement2.
Section 54(18)(a) (further amendment of the principal Act) of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 comes into force on 16th December 2010.

In column 1 of the Schedule for “(18)(a) and (b)(i)” substitute “(18)(b)(i)”.

This Order brings section 54(18)(a) of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 into force on 16th December 2010. Article 2 amends the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act (Commencement No. 10) Order 2010.
