Citation, commencement, extent and application1.
This Order—
(a)
may be cited as the Sheep Scab (Scotland) Order 2010;
(b)
comes into force on 17th December 2010;
(c)
extends to Scotland only; and
(d)
does not apply in the local government area of the Shetland Islands2.
