Citation, commencement and interpretation 1 1 This Order may be cited as the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Power to Refer) (Information Relevant to Listing Decisions) Order 2010 and comes into force on the same day as section 1 of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. 2 In this Order— “the Act” means the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007; and “the NHS Tribunal” means the NHS Tribunal constituted in accordance with schedule8 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978. Specified Person 2 The NHS Tribunal is a person specified for the purposes of section8(2) of the Act.
